Race update 4/20/2010:
Many people have been out pre-riding and the course is looking sweet!
There is space available for vendors or teams in the expo. Please call or email us if you would like to reserve a spot. Tents and Trailers need to be up at Coyote Crossing by 7am. Support crews may pop up a tent along the feed zone.
Dr. McNally will be offering free Chiropractic adjustments, muscle work, stretching, athletic taping, kinesio taping, soft tissue work and of course first aid to any of the riders who may need it. He will be available pre and post race at the Start/Finish area.
Melissa Travis with Therapeutic Expressions Integrative Massage will be offering discounted sports massage on a per minute basis. Treat yourself after your race to some massage that your legs and body will appreciate.

Kate Rau with SMBA will again be managing the refreshment tent at the feed zone. Racers are welcome to stage coolers or bottles there as well.
Action Photographic will be taking pictures of all the racers during the race and photos will be available through their website.
Welcome to the Denver Fat Tire Festival This event is all about having fun on two wheels, so come on out to Bear Creek Lake Park and enjoy a day of championship racing, recreational trails around the Park, free kids race, industry expo with sponsor tents, food, camping, and more. There is exciting racing going on throughout the day with Battle the Bear and Front Range 50 racers tearing it up.
Location: Bear Creek Lake Park 15600 W. Morrison Road: 303.697.6159. Take C-470 to Morrison Rd exit, east to park entrance on south side of Morrison Rd. Proceed east inside park to Coyote Crossing.
Activities include: Racing in Battle the Bear XC Challenge, or Front Range 50 Endurance Race, Camping, Free Kids Race, Industry Expo, Recreational Rides, Food and Refreshments.
Event Highlights: Come out and enjoy everything about being on two wheels! Exciting racing, fun rides, free kids race as well as refreshments throughout the day. There will be industry exposition tents with product sampling, food and beverage, games and raffles going on. Bring your cowbells or noise-makers and see what Front Range racing is all about! Kick off the mountain bike season in Colorado by bringing the family and kids out to this annual spring ritual of off-road fun.
Camping: Camping is available at the Park with tables and firepits, on a first come basis, for a nominal fee. Contact the Park directly to reserve a spot.
