For Sport and Beginner racers, be among the very first ones to christen this newly designed 10-mile singletrack circuit built on the hills overlooking the town of Castle Rock and Pikes Peak. This smooth tight course rips through Gambel Oak, Ponderosa and Pinyon Pine. While the RME Marathon Race takes place in the morning, sport and beginner racers have the opportunity to watch these elite athletes compete, and then have their own race in the afternoon on the very same course.
Event Details:
Sunday June 12. Race Start 2:00 pm. No license required. Tents for support crews can be set up along the course at the neutral feed zone every lap. Team vehicles can park in the Expo parking lot. The Ridgeline Rampage Half Marathon is for Expert distance racers and it will also start at 2:00pm in front of the Wrangle race.
There will be food, free kid's race, cycling expo, raffles and product sampling. Shake out the legs with the family at this exciting new venue.

Entry Fee: $45 before May 21st, $50 after May 21st.
Entry fee includes brand new racecourse, timely results, aid station, medical support, Wahoo's fish tacos, Oskar Blues refreshments, awards and raffles. On-site fee of $10 for late registration.
Course Description:
This rolling tight 10-mile loop highlights the Ridgeline Open Space and the work of many passionate people. Plenty of passing opportunities on 4' wide trail. 850' vertical gain per lap. At 6,607 feet (2,014 m), this venue offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains to the west and the town of Castle Rock below. Fast hills, green oak and pinyon pine make for an exciting landscape to race through. Sport Racers race two laps and Beginner racers complete one.
Feed Zone:
There will be an aid station every 10 miles when you lap through stocked with gels, fruit, cookies, carbs, and coolers of Hammer Heed and water. The course will lap through the finish area where you can set up tents and stage food and equipment.

Expert distance racers will compete in the Ridgeline Half Marathon Race which is 30 miles and will start at 2:00 PM just before the start of the Wrangle race - which is for sport and beginner racers. See the Ridgeline Rampage for more information on the Half Marathon expert distance race.

Event Site Registration and Packet Pickup:
Event site registration and packet pick-up will be on Saturday afternoon, June 11th at the Park from 1-4pm as well as Sunday from 11-1:30pm. On-site fee of $10 for late registration.
Awards:
Award ceremony and dinner will take place at 5pm. Awards given 3 deep in age groups.
